I ordered a cocktail dress from this Australian company. I got an item shipped directly from China which did not match the picture on their website and the quality was very poor and unwearable. I wanted to return the item but company started bartering with me offering 10% refund, then 20% then 30%. Finally they supplied the returns information: return to China at customer expense but was warned that package probably won't go through Chinese customs successfully and there is a high chance of the package not being delivered anyway. That meant that as the package was not received so they would not be able to return my money. This company, with an ABN is just a front for stealing customer's money. I would highly recommend to avoid Drift and Tide even though they have a very professional looking website with an address in Queensland. Also, they don't accept PayPal.
