Review Time
The sweater is soft from the first wear and doesn't feel scratchy at all. It fits true to size and has a nice, clean look. I've worn it several times already and it still looks fresh.
Shoes are a poor copy of another companies shoe. Photo displayed on website is a copy another company's website. Reviews on website are misleading. Shoes are not the ones shown on website. Product received was cheap plastic and defective. Drift and Tide will not provide a full refund or supply return shipping label. Returns are to a address in China.
My item arrived today taking longer than expected. The shipping information showed that the item was coming from overseas through the international airport in Sydney, not from Brisbane as they claim on the website. The sandals are extremely low quality materials and not as pictured on the website. The sizing is very small, I purchased up a size and they are still too small. I’ve emailed them asking to return for a refund as per their website’s 30-day easy return policy and have received several ridiculous offers of partial refund or store credit and I keep the sandals (which I cannot even use). Or to receive a bigger size without return if I pay a very high postage cost. Unfortunately I didn’t see all the reviews of similar experiences before I ordered. I had checked out their ABN thinking that was reassurance but it’s just a scam business. Do not buy from them.
Shipped from China. Sizing small. Terrible quality. Arrives weeks later. Cant do returns: they try to give you 10% refund and you keep the unwanted items otherwise you can ship it back to China.
Also, 5 star reviews are fake/bots.
I regret not looking into reviews before buying. This seems to be another deceptive company misrepresenting itself as local and falsely promoting quality products. I'm concerned that my personal information and credit card details may be at risk, so I'm taking precautions by canceling my card.
This business claims to be based in Australia, specifically in Brisbane QLD, and indicates that shipping takes about 8-14 days. However, the clothing you order is actually drop-shipped from China, and it won't leave their warehouse for around 30 days. After that, expect a couple more weeks for delivery. When the items finally arrive, the quality is disappointing—cheap materials that often consist of thin polyester with only a small percentage of cotton in some cases. You will likely feel let down as the products do not match the images advertised. They do have a 30-day return policy, but that’s where the issues begin... Initially, they will propose a 10% refund or store credit, then increase it to 20%. If you request a full refund, they will inform you about the unreliability of China's customs and shipping system, stating that unless you return the items in their original packaging and unused, you won’t receive any refund. Returning 7 items cost me over $55 AUD. A post office clerk mentioned that many people have encountered similar issues with returns, often due to the company providing a fake return address, leading items back to you after a month. I’m still waiting to see how this plays out for me, but I advise you to avoid this drop-shipping service. Be wary of the 5-star reviews from users who have only posted once, as they may be attempts to artificially inflate ratings.
I regret not checking reviews before making this purchase. The quality and design are so poor that they are unwearable. I bought a swimsuit and a dress, but the materials feel cheap and the cuts are flawed, completely different from what was shown on the website. When I reached out for a return, I was only offered store credit with the option to keep the items. If I chose to return them, I would have to cover the shipping costs to another country. I ended up receiving a 50% refund on my credit card while keeping the defective items that I can't wear. I won't be purchasing from them again. This feels like a scam. How are they still operating in this region?
I ordered a bag that was advertised as half price during a sale, paying $60 for it. The company seemed reputable with a local address, so I expected no issues. However, it took weeks for the bag to arrive, only to find out it was shipped from overseas. When it finally got here, the quality was disappointing—flimsy material and a broken zipper. I've been trying to reach out via email for a week to arrange a return with free shipping for a full refund, but they only offered me a 30% refund to keep the defective bag. The customer service has been absolutely unacceptable. I deserve a full refund and free return shipping. I advise against purchasing from this company, as they are not based in Australia as claimed. This feels like a scam, and I suspect the reviews here might not be genuine.
🚫 SCAM WARNING – AVOID AT ALL COSTS 🚫 FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS. NO ACCOUNTABILITY. STAY AWAY. This service is NOT based in the region they claim, operating instead from overseas. The contact number provided is not legitimate. Their approach to customer service involves delaying, redirecting, and discouraging customers until they abandon their refund requests. When you seek a refund, they will pressure you with discount offers rather than giving you the return instructions. They take their time providing the return address, likely hoping the return window closes before you can send the item back. The merchandise appears to be identical to other low-cost products (confirmed), but is sold at a significant markup and is of poor quality. Once payment is made, they show no accountability. Even after I returned the item with tracked shipping and provided evidence, they continued to send generic messages insisting returns must go to their overseas location. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. I ordered a longline oversized cardigan in green on November 15th, and it only arrived on December 10th. There was no indication that the item was out of stock or not located in Australia. When it finally arrived, it resembled a cheap, thick coat that I would never consider buying. When I tried it on, I felt like a pale green panda bear. The material is incredibly stiff, lacking any drape, natural fall, or softness. It’s made of 100% polyester, which I couldn't find out before purchasing as no material information was provided. I reached out to customer service twice and received polite replies, but they didn't address my questions about the delivery timeframe or the fabric content. I took a risk since the cardigan was on sale, and I’m sharing this feedback so you can make an informed decision about purchasing from this service.
