I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. I ordered a longline oversized cardigan in green on November 15th, and it only arrived on December 10th. There was no indication that the item was out of stock or not located in Australia. When it finally arrived, it resembled a cheap, thick coat that I would never consider buying. When I tried it on, I felt like a pale green panda bear. The material is incredibly stiff, lacking any drape, natural fall, or softness. It’s made of 100% polyester, which I couldn't find out before purchasing as no material information was provided. I reached out to customer service twice and received polite replies, but they didn't address my questions about the delivery timeframe or the fabric content. I took a risk since the cardigan was on sale, and I’m sharing this feedback so you can make an informed decision about purchasing from this service.
