The customer service is horrendous! I placed an order on a Saturday and chose expedited shipping (2-5 business days), but now I'm told it won't arrive until the 10th! It should have been here by the 5th at the latest. When I asked for a refund for the expedited shipping, they refused. I mentioned returning the item once shipped, and they told me I couldn't return it! This experience has been awful. If you're considering this product, order from another retailer instead.
