The customer service was incredibly frustrating! I placed an order on a Saturday with expedited shipping, expecting it within 2-5 business days, but now it won't arrive until the 10th! It should have been here by the 5th at the latest. When I asked for a refund for expedited shipping, they refused. I mentioned returning the item once it shipped, and they claimed that wouldn't be possible. This has been a terrible experience, and I recommend looking elsewhere.

I placed an order on November 28th and paid for expedited delivery. I received an email stating my order would arrive by December 3, which was promising. However, on December 3, I got another email saying my order is still being processed and will now arrive on December 10th. That's nearly two weeks for delivery from Florida to New York despite the expedited shipping.
I had high hopes for this company, but my experience has been very disappointing. Several of the cartridges I received were leaking, and one appeared contaminated. Despite multiple emails explaining my concerns, the responses felt generic and ignored the core issue. Instead of addressing the leaks, they just offered random replacements. I pay for a subscription expecting reliability, not defective products and vague replies. I'm seriously thinking about canceling my membership due to this unsatisfactory experience.
I really enjoy the flavors offered. However, I was disappointed after purchasing several items, including a car caddy that was advertised to fit all bottles, but it doesn't. After reaching out, I learned I couldn't return or exchange it. They offered a $5 gift card or three free flavors, which feels unfair considering the caddy cost $20. I'm quite upset about this situation.
This has been an amazing experience! I used to barely make the team in sixth grade football, but now I'm playing multiple positions and starting on my basketball team, all thanks to this product. The coconut pineapple flavor is a must-try. Thank you so much!
I purchased seven different flavors, but only the island punch was somewhat drinkable. The others had terrible tastes and aftertastes. The cartridges don't hold water properly, leading to air being sucked in each time, and the flavor doesn't mix well. Additionally, you can't use the containers just for water because there's no adapter available. This has been a waste of money, and they don't offer refunds. I suggest sticking with a regular bottle and using a different flavoring.
I ordered directly from the company, but they sold me used cartridges and were unprofessional in their communication. When I contacted them within 15 days about returning my order, they refused. This has been a very disappointing experience.
