I saw that another customer of Cirkul was wondering about her order. This is for me a problem I hope not to have with Cirkul again. After 2 years I was so willing to give Cirkul a second chance. In 2022 I never received my order from Cirkul. For the very first time I used Afterpay which was $45.68 before taxes. This is what Afterpay set up for the payment plan 1st thur 3rd payment of $11.42, 4th payment of $11.45. My 1st payment on 11/18/2022 was paid to Afterpay. My second payment on 12/02/2022 was paid to Afterpay. So my next payment was on 12/17/2022, but I wanted my order before the new year, so I paid both the 3rd and the 4th payments to Afterpay on 12/17/2022 in full for $22.85. The spending account was 7390 and the password at the time was as follows: MRQ@354nature9party. My bank was as follows: ORNL Credit Union (no loner active) they have all my invoices that showed the Afterpay site being paid which I downloaded and also sent. My visa at the time was 2514 ( has been cancelled. When I contacted Afterpay in January 2023 don’t remember the day, they said that they had paid Cirkul and had nothing to due with the delivery to contact Cirkul. So I sent to Cirkul everything I had sent to Afterpay also. Cirkul said I had waited to long to get in touch with them. Plus it was Afterpay who was responsible for my order. I went back and forth with both Afterpay and Cirkul on this order and got no where with either company saying it was the other’s fault if my order was loss. So after a time I just stopped going to the Cirkul site to buy. I would go and see what was new and I so wanted to get some new cartridges. It has taken 2 years for me to take a chance on Cirkul and buy from them again! Now I read that someone else has not received their order either of over $100 too. I am 76 this coming year and on a very fixed income. So as a Christmas present to myself I too spent over $100 on this my first order in over 2 years. I don’t want to be a kill joy but I cannot afford to lose $100. I Pfizer Cirkul does not follow thru this time around I will lose all my faith in this season to come. Am I just a fool to think that the online companies are really there to be a good place for people like me to shop, and are not taking advantage of a handicap person and I don’t drive either. Maybe I am just getting to old for this new kind of world. I would have posted this when it happened but did not know about this site then and I didn’t want to get anyone in trouble either. Thank You for reading. I tried to date this as happening in January (maybe the 12th) 2023 but it keeps putting in todays date of 12/14/2924, I tried 4 times to change it.
