Was offered a discount for 1st order then drinkmate says its not valid customer service is rubbish why offer a 10% discount for 1st orders then say its not valid all I got from customer service was its already on offer but that's got nothing to do with 1st order so be careful they can't be trusted in answer to your reply when I put the code in it said not valid. you say as it was on offer at the time terms and conditions removed the 1st time offer as I was a 1st time buyer I still think that was wrong, your response confirms to me that I would be better of buying from another company ie sage no offer was offered with sage so did not feel cheated when it doesn't work my advice to you if you don't want to honor an offer then don't offer it
