We love the machine, but this is our first gas return, and we've been without gas for almost three weeks.

The customer service is terrible—there seems to be none at all. The CO2 replacement process is frustrating; trying to use this service is a waste of time and money. Despite reaching out multiple times, no one seems to care about resolving the issue. I've switched to a more reliable and cheaper supplier.
I ordered an item on November 26th, and it still hasn't arrived. I emailed the supplier on December 6th and only received an automated reply about being busy. Surely, they can predict high sales during Black Friday. There's been no communication or apologies about the delay.
The product is fantastic, but the customer support is dreadful. I've been trying to arrange a warranty exchange due to a malfunction. Their emails keep asking repetitive questions without addressing my previous answers, and each response takes 10-14 days on average. There's no way to contact them by phone.
