I keep 5 CO2 bottles so that I always have one full one when I’m exchanging 4 empties. However this latest time I returned bottles it took 5 days to be issued the return coupon (which I had to chase them for) and the order processing and shipping now takes another 6 days. I think they need to change the way this services works to reduce replacement time.Addendum: The CO2 was delivered in 4 days (including the weekend), and not as per DHLs shipping notification.I still feel that there is room for improvement on the CO2 exchange system so that reorders can be processed with returns.
