Well I hate to write negative reviews but I felt this needs to be heard. I joined this casino four months ago and played consistently. I ran into small issues but eventually were resolved however recently this involved deposited/credited issues where I made three deposits that were never credited to my account but had been received and notified to the casino by a third party payment processor. I informed them about it and they were not nice about it and would ask the weirdest requests for example sending a QR code for the deposits in an email which makes no sense coming from a Canadian bank/country. I contacted the third party vendor and they showed me confirmation of my deposits and the notification to the casino. But eventually the casino support became lazy and useless to the point where they don’t care about you and just tell you to wait and the lie straight to your face saying that it’s the third party’s fault. Please be aware and trust other projects/casinos.
Complete "SCAM" they had me send pictures of numerous documents and when the "verification was accepted, I was informed that in order to cash out any money.....I would have to gamble ALL of my initial deposit....200 dollars. I have dealt with a few online casinos and this one tales the cake for both IDENITY THEFT, and all out THEFT of initial deposit in my opinion! stay safe and stay AWAY!
The pros and consThe pros: Good game selection. Honest and quick verification process. Quick payouts.The cons: The website was down twice in two days. Unable to log in. Terrible VIP offers. As a Meta-level member (top tier), they treat me like garbage. Customer chat service is useless. Down a few thousand dollars, and they tell me, "Admin is not offering you a bonus at this time". Or, they will give you 20 free spins...another insult. Greedy casinos don't last long, as everyone knows. They dont value their players. I would look elsewhere until they learn about good VIP service. Extremely low RTP, contrary to their claim that they have a 96% RTP, this is not true. The RTP has been well below 84% this past week.
Deposited 15€ with crypto and won 30€ . I wanted to transfer the money to my bank account and they refused. After 6 hours chatting and re validating all my details they still refused to payout my winning. I gave up spinned all wiining until it gone. I will never use this casino ever again.
