Wonderful Customer service! It took a few weeks to get my order, understandably because I did have engraving added to it. Once received it is a wonderful bracelet for my grandson! I love everything about it. I was a bit puzzled by how to open the clasp to put the bracelet on and off so I emailed Von Riche. Much to my surprise they emailed me right back with instructions on how to do this. It was a very simple fix and I really appreciated the promptness. I will definitely order from this company again! The bracelets are unique and made very well.
Drop shipped from China so it will take WEEKS and weeks and weeks to get here. Don't order the bracelet for your son unless he's very young or small. I'm 6', 215 lbs and care BARELY get it on my wrist, which for me, would be uncomfortable to wear. The "Print Out" with the heartfelt note to your child literally falls out everytime you open the storage box. Absolutely not worth the $ in my opinion and sure wish I had thought to look Von Riche up before buying. Ugh.

My son loved his engraved bracelet. It was the perfect Christmas gift, however after 3 or 4 times of putting it on ALL of the beads fell off. He was so upset so I outreached to the company asking what could possibly be done because we had not even had a month. And they informed me due to a 3 day return policy there was nothing they could do. I am so upset. Broke my son’s heart, I wish I had read all of these reviews before buying from Von Riche.
I ordered the Guardian Bracelet for my son for Christmas (Nov 19th) and the bracelet won’t stay clasped/closed. It keeps coming undone and falling off his wrist. Because of this issue my son can’t wear it. It has fallen off several times. I even paid extra for it to be engraved. I contacted the company and they won’t replace their faulty product even though it won’t stay clasped! I paid 45.00 for a piece of crap! Bracelet was delivered damaged while I was out of town. When I contacted the company to ask for a replacement, I was told I was outside the 3 day window for making a claim, even though it was delivered when I was out of town and I reported the problem within the 3day window when I returned. Don’t do business with these folks- they claim their website states this (ridiculous) policy but I couldn’t find it anywhere on their website. Stay away from these shysters!
I would give it a negative 100 if I could. All of the sudden I get an email “delivery failed” how can it fail if it wasn’t even shipped? Total scam company, but did file a report against BBB and my credit card company. I’ll get my money back.
