I rented an umbrella in Copenhagen on December 5th for the advertised 48-hour period. The initial €2.68 payment went through, I picked up the umbrella, and then their payment failed. I returned the umbrella the same evening — within 24 hours — and even took a photo as proof. Despite following all procedures, I was charged €24.10 on December 9th. Now that I'm out of the country, I have to deal with emails and await an explanation. This situation is truly frustrating — why should I have to stress over unexpected charges? After reading other reviews, it seems this is a frequent issue, making it even more disappointing. Update (10.12): A representative responded and informed me that the refund was issued and should be credited within 5 business days. I hope everything gets resolved soon. Update (13.12): I have received the refund, and the issue is resolved.
