Instead, we received cheap generic items in a poorly presented box. This is a clear case of misrepresentation. Every customer deserves to get the product they ordered. I am considering reporting this to relevant authorities in hopes of shutting down this service. This experience is truly disappointing, and I see many others have faced similar issues.
