I would like to speak with either representative A or representative B, as my email interactions have been unproductive. After the call, you can email me what we agree on. Why is there avoidance of direct communication with customers? This service deserves zero stars. I only gave one to post this review. I’ve been trying to cancel and request a refund since November 9, and it has been a struggle. It took 28 days to receive my items, not the promised 8. They attempted to blame the courier, who provided proof of delivery. I’ve had multiple communications with the customer service team, including one from the CEO, and the last update from the General Manager mentioned he intervened due to mishandling my refund. The way this service handles refunds is unacceptable and has severely impacted my well-being. I demand a refund to my credit card for orders totaling a significant amount. I am also in the process of filing a complaint with the relevant authorities, as this service should not be allowed to operate. Avoid this option! I ordered this as a Christmas gift because I like to support local companies, but the tracking information led to a broken link. After checking reviews, I realized I should have done that first! They are not locally based—they source from overseas (so if you want one, just buy from a different platform). I requested a refund (which I eventually received), but then got an email stating my item was delivered (which I never received!) and that I need to either pay for it or arrange a return. They even accused me of trying to scam them. Quite ironic given their business practices!
If I could give a negative rating, I would. My child saved money to buy this for a holiday gift. What arrived was completely different from what was shown online. Instead, we received cheap generic items in a poorly presented box. This is a clear case of misrepresentation. Every customer deserves to get the product they ordered. I am considering reporting this to relevant authorities in hopes of shutting down this service. This experience is truly disappointing, and I see many others have faced similar issues.

The product ships from overseas. THIS IS NOT A LOCAL COMPANY. I received fake tracking information, and the product never arrived; I will be contacting my credit card provider for a refund. The service claims that the tracking issue is a known problem and insists they aren’t deceptive. However, it finally arrived, and it’s a generic product available cheaper elsewhere. It’s certainly not the well-packaged item shown on their website. While it may not be a scam, it is definitely misrepresented.
