Follow-up: The service responded to my previous review and said they would reach out via email. PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL ME; I PREFER A PHONE CALL INSTEAD. I would like to speak with either representative A or representative B, as my email interactions have been unproductive. After the call, you can email me what we agree on. Why is there avoidance of direct communication with customers? This service deserves zero stars. I only gave one to post this review. I’ve been trying to cancel and request a refund since November 9, and it has been a struggle. It took 28 days to receive my items, not the promised 8. They attempted to blame the courier, who provided proof of delivery. I’ve had multiple communications with the customer service team, including one from the CEO, and the last update from the General Manager mentioned he intervened due to mishandling my refund. The way this service handles refunds is unacceptable and has severely impacted my well-being. I demand a refund to my credit card for orders totaling a significant amount. I am also in the process of filing a complaint with the relevant authorities, as this service should not be allowed to operate.
