I have made it clear that I do not want a gift voucher; I want a refund to my original payment method, but my requests have been ignored. I didn't want the tracksuit bottoms months after ordering! They took three weeks to process my exchange and then ran out of stock. If I had known this would happen, I would have simply repurchased the pants elsewhere. I will not be using this service again and am contacting the appropriate authorities regarding my situation.
