Extremely disappointing experience with the return process

I placed an order for trainers in mid-November, and they arrived promptly. However, my husband wanted a different color, so I returned the trainers as directed. Since then, I've sent 11 emails without receiving any response. They have both the trainers and my money, which is utterly unacceptable!

Disappointing experience with delayed order...

I ordered items for my son's birthday on the same day. All other companies delivered their clothing, but this service hasn’t even dispatched my order. The lack of communication is unacceptable. I have sent multiple emails and have been ignored. If they had just informed me that my order was not sent, I could have purchased elsewhere. I will not shop here again; this was my first and last experience.

Tracksuit arrived sooner than expected...

The tracksuit arrived quicker than I anticipated, and it's genuine. I recommend this service to anyone; it was my first purchase, and I will definitely use them again in the future. The only downside was that a few items I wanted weren't available in my size, but overall, it's an ideal place to shop. Thank you!

Two weeks since my order and still no delivery...

I ordered a short set with a jacket two weeks ago, and it still hasn’t arrived. I have not received any response from customer service! They are quick to take your money, especially close to Christmas, but unresponsive when it comes to refunds or updates on orders. What a waste of time!

Zero communication regarding my order...

I ordered items for my son's birthday on the same day. While other companies have delivered, this service hasn’t even dispatched my order. The lack of communication is shocking. Despite sending numerous emails, I am just being ignored. A simple reply confirming the status would have allowed me to shop elsewhere. I will not be purchasing from them again.

The worst experience with online shopping...

This is honestly the worst place I have ever ordered clothes from. They take ages to respond to emails regarding lost parcels. Avoid this service at all costs; I had a much better experience with another company.

Order issues with tracksuits...

I ordered two tracksuits and selected size large, but the confirmation email showed large tops and extra small bottoms. I noticed this quickly and emailed them within minutes of placing the order, but I still haven’t received a response, and my order has already shipped. Terrible customer service.

Requesting a refund, not a voucher...

I have made it clear that I do not want a gift voucher; I want a refund to my original payment method, but my requests have been ignored. I didn't want the tracksuit bottoms months after ordering! They took three weeks to process my exchange and then ran out of stock. If I had known this would happen, I would have simply repurchased the pants elsewhere. I will not be using this service again and am contacting the appropriate authorities regarding my situation.

Stock issues after payment...

I ordered and paid for a tracksuit, only to receive a message days later asking if I would accept a smaller size since the one I ordered was out of stock! They shouldn't have allowed me to place the order in the first place! Now I have to wait for a £130 refund while scrambling to find another one before Christmas.

Received only part of my order...

I ordered a set but only received one part. I sent four emails inquiring about this and even tried to initiate a return for a refund, but they have ignored all my requests for a return slip. This service claims a '24-hour response time,' yet it’s almost been a week without any communication.
