I get that there are many people applying, but seriously? I've been waiting for quite some time and still haven’t received a call. Initially, I wanted to adjust my loan term and amount; they reduced the amount but didn’t change the term. I even called to request a change in the term, and they assured me it would be updated. But here I am, days later, and nothing has changed. I’m completely in the dark about what’s happening, and this is beyond frustrating. I plan to call and cancel the whole application to see if that prompts any action. Truly disappointing.
