I completely understand that many people are applying, but this is beyond frustrating. I've been dealing with this for quite some time and still haven't received a call. I initially wanted to adjust my loan term and amount; they reduced the amount but didn't change the term. When I called to request the term adjustment, they assured me it was done, yet days later, nothing has changed. I'm completely lost as to what's happening. This situation is unacceptable. I plan to contact them to cancel the application and see if that prompts any action. This is truly disappointing.
