It seems the staff rarely arrive on time. The car I was supposed to pick up at 8:30 was unavailable, and another customer had been waiting since 8:00. The team arrived around 8:40 and took until 9:00 to start up their systems. This was disappointing, as I have had positive experiences before. A simple solution would be for the team to arrive on time, even if they don't expect bookings early. I usually support this service, thanks.
