The receptionist 'Ikram' was very helpful she upgraded the car and checked we were OK with an automatic. The car was brilliant I am not sure I can go back to a manual it was so easy to drive and very smooth. Being dual power it didn't use much petrol. I would highly recommend Drivalia for both service & car.
