Drivalia continues its policy of ignoring complaints and being hard to reach Refer my earlier correspondence on October 21 referencing a complaint from a hire on July 23 where fault has been admitted by Drivalia ( yes we did rent you a car without an oil cap being fitted) compensation was offered and accepted and nothing has been heard from them since !
