Would give 0 if I could. Called to tell them about a 3 hour delay to my flight. I was actually 2hrs 20 mins late and they had given my small car out to another customer as they only keep the car for 2 hours!. So then they charged me for an upgrade, Origional Rental £62 upgrade £120 what a rip off. Will never use again
