Last week I took a Mercedes from their branch at Heathrow The car was dirty, scratched and dented on most panels, some safety linked warning lights blinked on and off, the screen wash bottle was empty so I filled it - but then I discovered the washer just didn’t work! The USB port didn’t work so I couldn’t charge my phone.To make my life complete I then noticed that the tank only had fuel for an estimated 71 miles.After posting Drivalia my complaint Drivalia asked me to contact them directly so that they could address my issues. Well i did, and after 24 hours i received a bland copy and paste piece of corporate nonsense (see below), this is a dreadful firm.
