I had given a positive review. Nice clean car, easy collection and return, good value etc. I said in my original review that booking through Expedia with the extra insurance did not alleviate having £1500 held on my credit card, which was annoying. A week since returning that £1500 is still held on my credit card despite nothing owing etc. I find this totally unacceptable and will stop my using this firm again - had thought might be my new first choice for car hire, but now definitely not!
