I had book and paid for my vehicle from Enjoy Travel broker and presented at the Heathrow Branch to collect it . I had been refused the vehicle hire due to writing an honest review about the branch and company and my previous experience with them . Staff were speaking into a foreign language in front of myself and my wife and being very rude indeed . I had a look at previous reviews and they described exactly who they are as a business : non roadworthy vehicles , dirty vehicles , old vehicles , excessive waiting times , rude, unprofessional , unfriendly staff , completely a mess of a return and collect system and a yard , THIS DOES NOT EVEN LOOK LIKE A CAR HIRE COMPANY , more likely like a gang of scammers of various hidden fees and charges , bogus insurances and excesses. There are MASSIVELY different car hire companies in the area were customers service means everything , Green Motion , U Save , etc. Avoid them at all costs .
