I booked through a well-known platform, unaware that Drivalia was operating off-site and required a shuttle transfer. This crucial detail was not clear at all during the booking process — had I known, I would not have booked with them.On arrival at Edinburgh, I called the number provided and waited over 30 minutes with no answer. When I found the sign for Stand 7 and called the number there, I was told to wait a further 45 minutes in the cold for a shuttle. The driver I spoke to was rude, argumentative and claimed it “was not his problem”.In the end I abandoned the booking and hired a car from an on-site provider at my own expense. Completely unprofessional, disorganised and unacceptable. I expect a full refund and strongly advise avoiding this company.
