Despite being queues when I arrived and some disgruntled customers were complaining, about the waiting time, I observed Zac and the team who were patient, polite ,helpful and very professional, giving time to each client to get them their car.I was dealt with respectfully, my waiting time was acknowledged and my car processed very efficiently.Pick up and drop off easy.Would recommend and will use Drivalia again.
