Drivalia are, without question, the worst leasing company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The experience has been nothing short of a joke. I have been trying to end a lease agreement for over a month, during which I’ve sent multiple emails (at least six, none of which have been answered) and made several phone calls, only to be passed between three different people who have all been unable to provide any meaningful help. The excuse I’ve been given for the delay is that the team handling terminations is “very small” and affected by annual leave. I’m sorry, but that is not my problem. If your business grinds to a halt because one or two people are on holiday, then your resourcing and business model are fundamentally flawed. Hire more staff and stop operating on a shoestring. On the rare occasions I do manage to reach someone by phone, I’m repeatedly promised an update within 24 hours—yet nothing ever materialises, and the whole cycle begins again. After a month of chasing, I still don’t have a simple termination quote. My advice is simple: avoid this company at all costs. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service is astounding.
