Booked car through EasyJet. Arrived at about 10am (via free bus from Airport at Edinburgh), having done online check in night befor where I had to provide a copy of my bank statement(?why?). We did not leave with our card until 1115am such was the queue. Car was dented, scratched all over, dirty inside(and a holding deposit of £1500 on my credit card). Returned the car and the process was easier but no indication of when I will get the deposit back. Won’t use them again.
