We picked up our car from the branch at Edinburgh Airport. It was horrendous!!!!!!! We walked into a waiting area with around 30 other people waiting to pick up their cars too but only one member of staff to do everything. We were given a buzzer for when they were ready for you to go through the paperwork but the wait was awful. Therefore if you are planning to be anywhere by a certain time I wouldn't recommend them. The wait time was well over an hour so you've already lost that time that you've already paid for. The member of staff wasn't to blame but it is just really poorly organised. The company know exactly what time cars are booked out and being picked up so they should have the number of staff there to be able to handle it. If not don't take any more bookings for that particular time. The actual car was great but the initial pick up experience means I wouldn't use again.
