No one cares about communicating information or how long you have to wait

Lack of clear information on how to pick up your car hire. Over 10 minute bus journey well out of the airport for picking up the car. When you arrive there were so many people queuing and no communication from staff. Eventually after 10-15 mins we were all given buzzers and told to wait for the buzzer to go off. In a 30 minute period I only heard 1 buzzer go off and saw the couple go through to the desks. I went to the desks where someone was sat doing nothing and asked how long I would have to wait, was asked for my number then told at least 40 minutes possibly longer. I had already spent over 30 minutes in there waiting around and it was going to take around 2 hours minimum to get the car I had booked. I walked out, went back to the car rentals central area at the airport, booked a hire car with a company there and was on the road in around 30 minutes - so before I would have even been on the radar of being seen by someone at Drivalia. Never again! Horrendous experience and no one in that waiting room was happy and it was packed! Unable to respond to DRIVALIA's comments as my booking was through a third party.
