My flight to EDI got delayed. As it was evening flight as soon as I found out about delay, I contacted them through messenger on their website / in app. I asked if it's possible to pick-up the car later. No response. I arrived to EDI after office hours so I booked accommodation for the night and sent them another message that I will pick-up the car next day in the morning. No response.Next day I came to the office, waited for about 30 minutes and then they told me they cancelled my booking. They offered me another car but it was 4-times more expensive than my original car. So I went to competition and got car fast and for half a price.
