I was phoned on Wednesday as the Scottish run was on and I was advised that I’d need to pick up the van in paisley. 5 miles further but I was moving house so that was no issue. I was then phoned by the manager on the day of the move and told the van was cancelled. He advised that the staff member on Wednesday said it was “maybe” available. Left me stranded, would never use again.
