Booking at the Livepool office was quick and efficient. Gareth explained that I could upgrade to an automatic which I did. The car was clean and tidy he pointed out two small pieces of damage (a small dent on the boot and a paint chip on the drivers door) Gareth took me through the controls and I was good to go.
