Horrendous Absolute scammers!Booked via a 3rd party on a recent work trip to Belfast.When I arrived at the desk I was asked to pay an additional charge for the car on top of the security deposit.This was supposed to cover any damages.Then when I returned the car in the same condition claimed it was damaged.I showed the guy a photo and a video I took when I picked up the car, he refused to look at them said he saw damage.They took half the deposit now so currently down almost £1k with no documentation, no evidence and no further communication.Tried to call their customer service, automated message saying fill in this form and we will get back to you within 14 days.I've never dealt with such a shady, untrust with company.Do yourself a favour pay a bit more at a reputable company
