Sharp practice and useless customer service!I booked and paid online a week before l picked up the car only to get to their office and they told me my booking was no longer on the system as l they said l arrived late. I then had to paid over £500 more for another booking. I requested a refund and despite writing their customer service several times l was told that it was included in their terms and conditions, well my booking online had no terms and conditions sent to me by email. What they did was unconscionable as they had given the car to another customer and then told me my booking was no longer on the system. This is unacceptable and not something that happens with other rental companies at the Airport. Also they opened their office about 20 minutes late when l dropped off the vehicle last week Sunday by the logic of their absurd and irrational terms & conditions do l get compensated for the inconvenience.I strongly advise others to desist from using their services.
