I booked a car for pick-up at Aberdeen airport on 5th Sep this year. On arrival at the Drivalia desk I was told that they had cancelled my booking as ´they had no cars´. No reason was given for this situation and no forward warning had been given. I was not offered an apology, help with booking another car, offered a replacement or any help with onward travel. I´ve also been chasing Drivalia and Easyjet RentalCar (booking agent) for a refund since this date and so far have received neither an update or refund.
