The whole rental experience was fine, the staff super sweet and car good too. You start with the extortion immediately regarding the insurance deposit that they want to block from your credit card but then if you pay a nonrefundable fee of half the amount they won't do that!!!! Then you make a mistake of driving in a box that we do not have in Holland you get a fine. You pay the fine but then the fun starts with the collection agency Drivalia uses!!! Total crooks!!! They offer you discounts, you pay then they say you did not pay enough and try to slap another 78£ on top of the 78£, insane and very frustrating. You can not believe a thing they say.
