I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I am extremely disappointed and furious with this company.I reserved a car on the 11th of September and paid the full amount upfront. Shortly afterwards, I received a call from the branch saying there were no cars available and that I would receive a refund within 2–3 working days.It has now been two weeks, and despite chasing up the refund on three separate occasions, I still haven’t received my money back. This is completely unacceptable.It is unfair to block customers’ money for so long simply because the website is not updated properly regarding car availability. The lack of communication and delay in refunding is extremely unprofessional, and I will not be using this company again.
