We had a very disappointing experience with EasyJet and Drivalia. EasyJet cancelled our flight without providing any explanation, and the following day we were faced with another major setback. Drivalia claimed that our reserved car was no longer available and forced us to pay an additional €1000 for a more expensive vehicle than the one we had originally booked. This left us with the strong impression of being misled, and we seriously doubted the credibility of this so-called “solution.” We will never book with Drivalia again, nor with EasyJet.
