Dreadful company. Plane late into Stansted and they insisted the booking was invalidated and I had to pay an extra £240 for a crappy American Jeep with poor fuel consumption. Lousy staff and company in a shed, a bus ride from the terminal. Would never use them again. Strong recommendation not to use them, even if they appear to be quite cheap. You get what you pay for.
