These people are absolute scammers. Avoid at all cost. Search the reviews online and you will see many are similarly considering they have been scammed by Drivalia. I had arranged reasonably priced zero excess car insurance through the third party I booked with. When I signed a document for car insurance I believed I was signing for the prearranged policy but turned out I was charged an amount more than six times the original cost I had agreed to. Nothing was explained properly and customer service just fob me off and don't care. A really bad experience.
