Going the extra mile in customer service

Me and My husband have just come over from Finland to visit family in Kent and we booked a rental car through Norwegian Airline who use Drivalia not understanding that the pick up time for the car that Norwegian had provided I had missed as getting from south terminal to north terminal is not an easy task in a set time so my booking was cancelled completely but thanks to a young man called Kay at Gatwick North Terminal Branch he pulled out all the stops calling the company to see what can be done and when that failed he did everything in his power to get me a great deal so I could drive away with a car that day so I just want to say thank you so much for saving me not being without a car for my holidays here in England 5 stars definitely go to him so thank you again ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
