I ordered a 7 seater car, when I arrived at Belfast they didn't have one!! I had to accept 5 seater, which meant the rest of the family who we were meeting had to use their own car rather than all travelling together, so double the petrol for the week. We had no prior warning, we paid for 7 seater. All I have managed to get is £56 for the difference in car size after nearly 3 months of emailing. No compensation for inconvenience, extra petrol etc. Sorry wouldn't use them again even though the people in the office were polite they still didn't tell us in advance of the situation
