Need to improve handover process

This is my second review on Drivalia. They rented out a car for a competitive price (From Heathrow Aug 30), however, their handover process is extremely slow. It took more than 1.5hrs to get the car once I reached their office. It was really frustrating and I almost missed my first appointment. They mentioned they are under-resourced, but, the whole process need to re re-engineered. If I go to Avis, Hertz or Europcar it won't take more than 10 minutes. This is something they definitely need to improve. There is a lot Drivalia needs to adopt from them, especially in this handover process.(Literally, I will get the car bay a day before at Avis) Nevertheless, the condition of the car was really good and the return process was also smooth.
