Drivalia Gatwick? Incompetent and scammy. After a 10-hour flight with 80kg of luggage we were told that our car wasn't available. They had our booking, but no car. Instead of finding us a car, they made it OUR problem. Their suggestion? Cancel our booking with Klook, and rent directly with Drivalia, at a cost of nearly £200 more, but with fully comp insurance (that we neither wanted or needed). Klook requested a document stating that Drivalia had failed to provide a car, so Drivalia changed its tune and upgraded us (which they should have done in the first place! This was their "mistake", not ours, not Klook's). This took over 2 hours. I was stressed, tired and furious but the guy on the desk (A**r) kept making stupid jokes in an attempt to "humour" me. The car eventually provided was barely roadworthy. After 30 minutes the red warning light came on. Low brake fluid. Very dangerous. Radiator fluid and wiper liquid also extremely low. Later, we had a tire pressure warning, and all 4 tires were well below recommendations. Shocking service, dangerous and seriously scammy. Never again.
