I had a terrible experience with Drivalia in Edinburgh.Our flight was delayed, and when I arrived late at night, I was told the next day that the car I had prepaid for (a generic category, not a specific car) had been given to someone else. Instead of honoring my booking, they demanded I pay the full price again for another car.This is completely unacceptable and shows zero reliability.I worry that my prepaid money was not handled properly, and I have no transparency on where it went.
