Never use Drivalia, when something goes wrong, there will be no support

We ordered a car with the below cover for our holidays, which we have collected on the 17th with Super Relax and Unlimited Mileage.We never received a copy of the signed contract (empty email sent), plus the copy PDF is not available online. We were sure we have full coverage when we departed from Belfast.We had a terribly bad accident a day later, we glad we survived. As a side note, the safety bags did not inflate in the car It was at 6 pm. We called all available Drivalia numbers multiple times, we had to deal with answering machines. They provided no roadside assistance at all. We left voicemails, we also sent an email. The police had to manage to take the vehicle due to no response from Drivalia.We requested a new car the next day, when we finally got hold of someone, we had absolutely nothing provided to us, so we lost 3 of our booked hotels, totalling 500 EUR. We filled out the necessary reports and forms, but since then, we received no update on the topic. Again, we called many numbers since then, was impossible to speak to anyone who knew what is going on.Yesterday, we received a 230 pound charge and a brand new, unsigned contract stating our cover is Basic+ full cover . We called again 3 times and emailed for the original contract, of course no reply.We have had an incredibly stressful vacation, a bad collision, physiological damage, we paid almost 700 EUR and we received no support or help from anyone in Drivalia. Now it seems they are trying to fool us with our cover as well to charge us more money. Dont ever hire a car with them.25.08.2025: I contacted Drivalia as suggested below by the member. We had no proper explanation or solution. We have been charged for an excess plus admin fee for the collision. 1000 pounds spent, no replacement car given, no roadside assistance, poor customer service and zero compensation on our lost hotels.Today, 12.09.2025 we received another email demanding 14k for repair "regardless of being responsible for the accident". No breakdown on repair cost for a car they claimed to be scrapped on a phone call on 25.08.2025 nor any info on the police report. All this with full cover. This case will be escalated to the international bodies.
