Awful experience at the Heathrow airport branch. I booked a car online at a cost of around £350. Because I arrived a minute after my allocated two hour arrival window ( due to waiting 45 mins for their shuttle bus) they wanted to treble the cost of the booking to almost £1000! I complained that this was very unfair so they knocked a little off but with absolutely no contrition or empathy. Really, it’s total rip off. I told the woman who served me that her attitude was poor ( as she should have been very apologetic but. Clearly didn’t care. Her response “ I got you a discount didn’t I?” I have previously had great experiences at the Sheffield branch but would never use Heathrow again. It’s a schlep to get to, anyway. 2.5 hours after landing I left Drivalia and jumped in a cab after cancelling my booking entirely. They don’t deserve my business.
